Yes! Helium-filled balloons ordered before 1pm can be delivered the same day within our Adelaide local delivery area. Same-day local delivery is for helium-filled balloons only — all other items are sent by parcel delivery.

Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order from our shop at 449 Brighton Road, Brighton SA 5048. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, or you can choose a pickup date at checkout and we'll have it ready for that day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's journey right to your doorstep!

Please order balloon arches and garlands at least 48 hours before your event. We can sometimes do them with 24 hours' notice, subject to availability — contact us to check.

Latex balloons float for 8–12 hours. With Hi-Float, they can last up to 3 days.

Foil (Mylar) balloons can float for 3–7 days or longer, depending on size and temperature.

Ask for Hi-Float on your latex balloons. Hi-Float treatment makes them last much longer — up to 3 days instead of 8–12 hours. For best results, also keep balloons indoors and away from direct sun, heaters and air-conditioning vents.

Yes! We’re happy to fill balloons you bring in. Just make sure they're helium-safe (typically Mylar or latex balloons).

We’re happy to inflate balloons that you bring into our shop, as long as they are helium-safe (such as latex or foil/Mylar balloons). The cost for helium inflation depends on the type and size of the balloon, as well as the amount of helium required. Larger or specialty-shaped balloons may incur a higher charge. Please note that while we take care to handle your items properly, we cannot guarantee the performance or float time of customer-supplied balloons, especially if they are older or made of thinner material. Feel free to ask our staff for a quote when you arrive!

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
